If there are 7 dimensions of well-being:
Emotional, Financial, Relational, Occupational, Mental, Physical and Spiritual, then a state of health in all of these areas would bring about Shalom.
Each one of these classes are 12-week courses
*Financial will be done through entire residency
• Financial - TGP does weekly budgeting as well as weekly finance classes inspired by Dave Ramsey.
• Physical - TGP believes that everyone should have the proper information when it comes to physical health.
• Emotional - TGP works with the understanding of anger, short tempers, easily distressed coping tools
• Spiritual - TGP works with our partnered churches to help our residents who are looking for their spiritual journey
• Mental - TGP works with how we separate from our problems and the belief that we can handle those problems
• Educational/Occupational - TGP believes everyone should have their dream job and know how to get it with ocational Schools & Employment Training
• Relational - TGP believes that everything in life starts with your relationship with yourself & others this course helps figure out those relationships positively.
Residency Plan
Families can live in fully furnished transitional housing units that are rent/utility free or very low rent for 3-12 months depending on the
Tier TGP sees fit for your situation.
The Following is what is expected from the resident during our program:
• Must work 40 hrs a week
• Application and interview required
• Drug test and background Check
• Must participate in our 12 week finance
class ( one hour weekly )
• Must participate in one of our 7 classes
of well being that we call our School of
Shalom( 1-2 hours bi-weekly)
• Each resident will have a house manager/case worker
• Each resident will turn in employment
records
• Each resident will turn in receipts from any purchase every week
